6 excellent Tools of the Mind
In grade school, we are taught to caress life straight through the five senses; hear, touch, see, smell, taste. By encouraging us as young students to found our intelligence from theses senses, we come to learn how to let the outer world control our inner world, allowing the experiences of our five senses to determine the outcome of our daily lives.
I am here to propose that although our senses are vital to us living a full life, there is much value in developing the six noteworthy tools of the mind; perception, will, memory, imagination, surmise and intuition. Just a mere limited each day spent in exercising each one of these senses can keep you on the edge of increase and able to learn from your daily experiences. Of course, I will encourage you to gift yourself more than 6 minutes each day for your personal growth, but those minimal six minutes will create an occasion of your intelligence to allow for increase and change, to create new habits from which a life of meaning and joy can be derived.
Exercising the mind, developing our intuitive and involving ourselves to spend time in questioning our ingrained, uncostly beliefs is a way to keep our lives involving and meaningful. Spending time each day on yourself, which the old paradigm carefully to be selfish and a waste of time, will offer you the potential to begin to think face of original thinking and found new ways to bring fulfillment not only to yourself but to the others who you share your days with. Man who is expensed up with new ideas and concepts is involving to be around! A fully advanced imagination that is allowed to pursue its depths can lead to new careers, new products, new lives. It is the pavement on the path of contentment and purpose. A strong will is the foundation where determination, accountability, and activity take a dream into reality. Intuition is the potential to know when to make a move, to effect a hunch, to contemplate a notion that becomes a solid basis for reality. Memory serves at a crossroad, to effect a path when success or failure can shine its light and be the guide for selecting the accepted way. Perception and surmise lend themselves to the processes by stimulating questions and the following of ones own truth.
